Richard started his property career over thirty years ago with Chamberlain & Willows Chartered Surveyors in central London. In 1981 Richard moved to Henry Butcher & Co, again working in central London, leaving as partner in 1988.

Richard was one of the first appointed agents working for the London Dockland Development Corporation.

He was responsible for major site disposal transforming much of the Enterprise Zone, now known as Docklands and was also responsible for the regeneration of nearly 100 acres of commercial land close to the Royal Docks in Canning Town.

Richard’s knowledge, experience and dexterity means that even the most complex of negotiations are met with great enthusiasm and his client’s expectations are always met if not exceeded.

Andrew Hull, Director of Calver Bond Investments. Property investment and management services based in London.

Andrew has twenty years’ Project Management experience in commercial and industrial property either single occupancy or multi-tenanted. With a good understanding of building reports, he is able to offer sound and economical advice on refurbishment and dilapidations to both landlords and tenants.

Working with contractors requires clear direction and concise explanation of plans and contract terms, along with accounts reconciliation and diligence ensures that our clients objectives and satisfaction is achieved.

Asset management is also within Andrew’s remit, and of includes problem solving. His priority is to maximise returns and benefits for both landlords and tenants, along with the day-to-day issues.

Edward Love of Calver Bond Investments. Property investment and management services based in London.

Edward has been a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) for more than 25 years’. His experience includes advising corporate occupiers and investors of commercial property working in private practice and direct for client organisations.

As a dilapidations practitioner Edward frequently acts for landlords and tenants advising on repairing liabilities at a strategic level as well as handling detailed and complex claims. Knowledge of the legal framework and an eye for the technical detail support the delivery of favourable solutions for clients’ requirements.

Other building surveying services include advice on Party Wall matters, planned and reactive maintenance management and building condition surveys.

Edward has undertaken survey work on some of London’s iconic buildings and projects, including the Parliamentary Estate, London Underground and the Docklands development. His nationwide and international experience helps tailor individual solutions to local issues in support of the client’s property strategy.
