At Cody Road East London we have recently let the whole of Pirin Court a modern industrial estate close to the A13 (major trunk road into London) to tenants including Telent Communications and Birleys.
The Harnham Business Park in Salisbury Wiltshire was acquired for private clients and part pre-let to Booker Cash & Carry. The entire 10 acre site was then serviced, packaged up and sold on to investors.
In the heart of London Docklands and having been involved from the early 80’s we were able to act promptly with knowledge to transact business for the re-generation of existing buildings to provide some 850 apartments at Millharbour.
More recently we have negotiated the surrender of the leases on about 60,000 sq ft (5574 sqm) of business space close to South Quay in Docklands at a significant reverse premium and subsequently agreed lettings of the component parts providing better income and more favourable terms, with significant redevelopment potential in the medium term.
